Focused attention?

We are going to spend a lot of time together.  The photographer is one of the people who will be there with you the whole day, from start to finish.  But we will also be there to help with any planning leading up to your day, and we will always be here for you after the wedding.  You can expect a solid team, whom you can rely on to be there to make sure you get what you want.  We are there to make the wedding day and beyond as stress free as possible.

No fuss? 

Weddings can be unpredictable. That is one reason we don’t charge by the hour.  If things run late, we are there for you (and Dad), so no one needs to worry about paying overtime just because something ran late.

Friendly? 

Another important factor when selecting a photographer is to consider bedside manner.  We pride ourselves on being highly professional, but easy to get along with.  You don’t want a grumpy, moody, unfriendly photographer on the biggest day of your life.  You can hire the greatest photographer on the planet but if the bedside manner is lacking, you and your wedding day will suffer.

Flexible? 

Every wedding is different and your needs are too.  We tailor our services to meet those variables.  We are open to what you want, from color versus black and white, to getting you involved in selecting the finished product and what type of album you want.

Equipment? 

Cameras and flashes are machines and have been known to break from time to time.  We always bring back-up equipment. We also have insurance, another important question that is never asked.

Who?

When you book Cleveland Photo Group, our owner, Peter Bruce, is the one you will shoot your wedding, not an assistant.  If for some reason Peter is booked, we will recommend and put you in touch with one of our qualified partners to shoot your wedding, but you will always meet with that person first.  A stranger or random assistant will not just show up at your wedding.

Format?

One final thing to think about is with what medium you prefer us to shoot your wedding.  Just because we are in the digital age, that does not mean it is right for you or your vision. We give you the option of digital or film, as we say in our pricing tab.  Whatever option you select, you will get everything back with prints, negative, and DVDs two to three weeks after your wedding. It should never take months to get your photos back.
